Our main efforts began in 2008.

Grand Tasting

“The Tuscan Nose”, held at 583 Park Avenue, NYC, was a large-walk around tasting, which featured seminars for both trade and consumers. The title reflected the presence of Lorenzo Villoresi, a Tuscan perfumer who created individual essences, inspired by Chianti. Ancillary promotions included an extensive teaser campaign, leading up to the tasting; quizlet with prizes at the event.

Retailer Promotion & Other Events

We concentrated on the leading Chianti Classico retailers for a two-month series of in-store tastings. We created special promotional materials and assisted at the opening night party of Spike Lee’s feature film, “Miracle at St. Anna” in Septmeber 2008.

Press Releases & Press Mailing

We did a series of press releases, relating to both the tasting and the perfume essences.

Advertising

We launched a short-term ad campaign, to coincide the timing of the Grand Tasting, which appeared on targeted epicurean websites.
